One of the ways we can honor God with our bodies is to be mindful of our physical health. The Biblical perspective on the relationship between body, soul, and spirit emphasizes our responsibility to care for the bodies that God has entrusted to us.
I Corinthians 6:19-20 NIV
“(v.19) Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; (v.20) you were bought at a price, therefore honor God with your bodies.”
